Return Policy:

All new, unopened Homlynn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Beyond 30 days, we do not offer refunds, with the exception of warranty related requests.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed/un-used. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Returen Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Additional information: 

1) You cannot return Gift Cards.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

2) 6 Month Warranty/Repair Program

We stand behind the quality of all Homlynn Co. products, which is why we offer a reasonable 6 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

One of the best parts of developing new products is knowing that you use them every single day. We love that our products become such a big part of your daily routine, and because of that, we know they can suffer some tough love. In an effort to reduce waste, we will repair products, if possible, instead of replacing them for a new item.
